TEZMACAL SWEAT LODGE
A temazcal is a traditional Mexican steam bath that is in many ways similar to the Native American sweat lodge. Besides promoting physical well-being and healing, the temazcal is also a ritual and spiritual practice in which traditional healing methods are used to encourage reflection and introspection. While the body rids itself of toxins through sweating, the spirit is renewed through ritual. The temazcal is thought to represent the womb and people coming out of the bath are, in a symbolic sense, re-born. This ceremony is guided for you to experience a full surrender and healing that is possible.

COPAL BURNING CEREMONY
Copal has been used for thousands of years, dating back to pre-Colombian times where the Aztecs and Mayans used it for sacred ceremonies. The word Copal is derived from the Nahuatl (Aztec) word "Copalli" meaning incense. Copal is a great spiritual and energy cleanser and can be burned to produce the smoke to clear the energy. This can be done to clear your own energy, your crystals, other objects or your house. It is also a good way to begin any ceremony and ritual both for space clearing and for it's intentional connection with the divine. Mayan sacred scriptures of Popul Vuh says that the stars, sun and moon arrived on earth to come together as Copal.

REIKI SESSION
Reiki (ray-key) is a technique that aids the body in releasing stress and tension by creating deep relaxation. Because of this, Reiki promotes healing and health. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "the Wisdom of God or the Higher Power" and Ki which is means 'life force energy.' So Reiki means 'spiritually guided life force energy.' The Reiki system of healing is a technique for transmitting this subtle energy to yourself and others through the hands into the human energy system. Reiki restores energy balance and vitality by relieving the physical and emotional effects of unreleased stress. It gently and effectively opens blocked meridians, nadas and chakras, and clears the energy bodies, leaving one feeling relaxed and at peace.
